This latest petition aside, the choice appears to be between an unelected globalist technocratic elite making authoritarian decisions and an “elected” group of incompetent buffoons masquerading as a democratic institution, surreptitiously in thrall to nebulous globalist interests who have no regard for the people anyway ... at least with the WHO I know who’ll be fucking me, and not trapped in Ana abusive relationship with a government that keeps telling they love me

I see the dilemma GIO. But I must support Josephine Cashman and Rebekah who has actually put ground work into this. They are the new Breed of Diggers arising to defend Australia. It’s a dirty job digging through the mess to get the truth. Then the courage to share the truth.

Don’t confuse my gallows humour for capitulation, Allan, I agree with you here of course. Ideally we wouldn’t have a single one of the corrupt bastards in government, but I think the basis of my comment was to ask myself what difference I would have experienced had the IHR’s been implemented before “Covid” and I fail to think of a single instance wherein the WHO could have fucked this up any more than the elected federal and state governments did anyway.

Australian governments fell over themselves to comply with non-mandatory WHO recommendations during COVID. Will it make any difference if the “recommendations” become binding? Not sure, but I sure as heck don’t want Australian politicians telling us they “had to do it” (enforce a particular public health direction) because we’re obliged to follow the WHO’s “recommendations”.

And being told what medical treatments we can, can’t and must have by unelected unaccountable Australian bureaucrats is bad enough - we must dismantle the emergency powers which allow this - but subjecting ourselves to international bureaucrats is next level stupid. Why would we? How could that possibly be in the national interest?

I do appreciate your humour thanks Greg. And enjoy the banter. I certainly agree with your comment above.
