It wasn’t me! Like that Shaggy song. And afterwards they replace all the ‘enforcers’ cause they know humans have short memories and are easily distracted…

It's so galling that all around the world these useful idiots in the autocratic, bureaucratic, technocratic managerial ranks who have only been efficient at pushing the nefarious agendas of the centralising globalists and now, when the resultant excrement is starting to hit the air-conditioning unit, have discovered a gold-medal talent in buck-passing on steroids are not held accountable but rather escape with their gongs and gold-plated pensions. Just here in the UK we have Dames Jenny Harries and June Raine and Sirs Patrick Vallance, Chris Whitty, Jonathan Van-Tam, John Edmunds etc. It could only be a bigger slap in the face if Neil Ferguson OBE was elevated to to a knighthood!

Sounds like standard level bureaucracy, "If the blame can be passed on, do it. If not, stall stall stall."
