Just here in the UK we have Dames Jenny Harries and June Raine and Sirs Patrick Vallance, Chris Whitty, Jonathan Van-Tam, John Edmunds etc. It could only be a bigger slap in the face if Neil Ferguson OBE was elevated to to a knighthood!
