Hi Keith, my understanding with this one is that there is no cost to the injured, but that the costs are being footed by a litigation funder and the crowdfunding. I also believe that, unlike most class action cases, in this case the funder has no interest in profiting from any monies won. But don't take my word for it, perhaps it's worth just checking out the terms? I know a few injured personally who will be part of this action.

My brother was going to Japan to take part in a brainstorming to bring a new product to market there and in USA. A month before he left he saw a cardiologist who gave him a glowing report.
