Bureaucratic self protection is not new. In the 1980s US, the AIDS panic raised fears of blood, and the authorities initially said, "Don't worry, it's perfectly safe. Dont criticize those nice homosexuals." They eventually figured it out and developed tests to remove contaminated blood supplies. The same will happen here.
The AIDS tainted blood was disastrous. We are a family of Factor VIII hemophiliacs and transfusions from Bayer/Cutter clotting factor from pooled blood meant death for half the males in three generations. The Ryan White experiences of prejudice made things worse especially for the kids. Red Cross is a dirtbag operation too but not gonna do a novel about blood money here but want to note that.
Anywhere where your child can be handled safely. Knock off the weaponized-propaganda-machine countries (NZ, Canada, US...) and consider places with their feet still on the ground.
Take the family and the donor, and go to a place where the rules are more flexible, where you'll be treated nicely as guests and given the service that you are requesting and paying for. A lot of places are more flexible and reasonable. But it's scary to have to search that out in a time of need.

I just got done watching "Died Suddenly" on Rumble. It appears that live births in Both AU and NZ may become a much rarer event in the coming years. Very sad to see. Rebekah, have you ever cut up wild big game shot with rifles...? I have, probably about 75-100 North American deer and pronghorn antelope. I have never seen ANYTHING like those white chunks of fibrin in the major blood vessels of my game. Usually by the time I butcher, its several days after death--deer seasons in my state are in Nov, its generally cool to cold here and I'm generally driving several hundred miles back home from someplace else. The animals are "field dressed" after death but that's it. I see occasional actual blood clots but nothing that size. Granted, after getting hit with the bullet, blood is usually pooling inside the body somewhere in these animals and not as much in the blood vessels. Just something to think about.

I have worked with many blood products. You can spin blood to separate plasma and others. I do not believe you can filter whole blood. Let alone filter out the spike protein, virus, antibodies or minilipid parcels of MRNA vaccine.
Manufacturing of microbiological media to hospitals. Horse, bovine, sheep & rabbit blood. Serum, plasma, whole blood, defibrinated. Australian Red Cross call centre in SA also expressed surprise that blood could be filtered. Tested, yes. Filtered, No.
The freedom movement would love and should have its own blood bank - but is that a reality, I would certainly donate as I did to the Red Cross for a number of years.
The real problem ATM is that the freedom movement is in two minds
