I second the redlight panel suggestion. We have a large panel for home use, yet to buy a portable one for travel but it's on the Xmas list. I also love the amber beacon lights from blockbluelight.com.au/c…. I always travel with them, so I don't get irradiated by LEDs in hotel rooms.
