It's ironic that the government has (claimed that it has) noticed the lack of trust, while going ahead with mass production of mRNA 'vaccines' and a home-grown CDC. I need a stronger word than 'ironic'.

Safe travels, Rebekah. Enjoy the Brownstone event.

They had Jane Halton and EVENT 201 to prepare. - https://x.com/MarkNeugebaue13/status/1633823595859423234

And now they're crying because Australia's globalist captured governments got caught out by tenacious citizens, independent media and Elon buying X.

That's why they are going so hard on the Mis/Dis info Bill, and establishing an Australia CDC, not to build trust, but to control us further.

Keep up the amazing work, Rebekah.

Building trust by crushing dissent, what could go wrong...

Predictably enough, given the circumstances, the TOR and the selection of people to lead the inquiry, I suspect that it will be characterised in time by what it didn't investigate. Increasingly clearly, there is a credible argument that the 'pandemic' was actually an exercise in control over people, and not an actual health emergency. (Although, the 'vaccines', neither safe nor effective, did a tolerable job of creating their own health emergency.) At a time when the government (through its MAD bill) is trying hard to silence any sort of dissent, the report doesn't acknowledge the various governments' systematic avoidance of getting second opinions (a term I first heard about in medical places, ironically), and assuming that the 'health advice' was sound and unconflicted. It's clear that the authors would not enjoy a conversation with Norman Fenton and Martin Neill or reading their extensively researched book, Fighting Goliath. (https://open.substack.com/pub/wherearethenumbers/p/our-book-out-now-fighting-goliath? )

Basic questions, such as those increasingly asked by the indefatigable Jessica Hockett, are also not to be addressed, it seems. (e.g., https://open.substack.com/pub/woodhouse/p/the-most-basic-questions?)

No surprises, really - only the most optimistic (or the truly naive) expected that this 'inquiry' would be a genuine inquiry into the real problems exposed by the 'pandemic'. Instead, the focus seems to be on how to get the pandemic right the next time they decide to bring it on.

Yes, it did have the feel of experimentation. This occurred to me back in 2020 and I have heard the conjecture expressed a number of times since. Assuming it was indeed a big, real-time social experiment designed to discover how much control could be exerted over supposedly libertarian-minded westerners, I believe the organisers/authors would have been pleasantly surprised. Remember that it was all enabled (and started) by a msm spook show.

Tell me Barry, assuming you believe C19 was a real viral pathogen that could land a person in hospital, do you believe the vaccines significantly reduced hospital pressure? Do you think, for instance, that, all other things being equal, an unjabbed person was 10 times as likely to end up in hospital with C19?

One small benefit of the covid scam in Australia is the compilation videos of our leaders, especially McGowan and Gunner going completely loopy. Always brings a smile :)

That's definitely one. These bastards will likely never be censured by the law, but they will surely be ridiculed for the rest of their lives.

"Nice to see a politician finally admit that."

Not sure if it was your intent, Rebekah, but it sounds as if you think the drop in childhood vaccination programs is a bad thing? I may be misinterpreting, but if correct it seems odd.

One of the silver linings of Covid is that the veil was lifted from many of our eyes - and that includes childhood vaccines. The 'science' of it is built on a house of cards - none of them have been safety tested against placebo, and the data increasingly coming out shows alarming safety signals, including potential society-wide damage. I think this is perhaps the next collective red pill for society.

Glad you asked Jake. Media and academics routinely blame the fall in vaccination rates (which is happening everywhere that Covid vaccines were pushed too hard) on 'anti-vax misinformation.' It's blindingly obvious that having a crap product forced on the population is a sure fire way to make people distrustful of said product category, but it's rare to see a politician actually admit it.

I amended the last line to make my meaning clearer :)

I appreciate that you took the time to write this important story before you went O.S. Rebekah. Hope you enjoy your travels and get even more inspiration. Thank you.

When Morrison abandoned the actual national pandemic response that had been created with input from many doctors and folks who knew what would be needed here in our nation etc, he created the National Cabinet and that was a decision that had no basis of need whatsoever. It sidelined Federal MPs and Senators, handing power to State Premiers and their Health Bureacrats. I don't think that any of them were prepared for such responsibility as it was not in their normal state duties. Hence the mess they made and the inconsistencies between states. When Gladys Berejilkian crushed people living in Western Sydney with lockdowns and daily tests to go to their jobs, she stopped groceries leaving Sydney for NSW and Qld! Oops, she then got told and had to backpedal fast. Qld has a Human Rights Act - not just a Bill, and that is why the judge had to say the mandates against police and paramedics breached that Act. It was an Act of Parliament that made the Bill of Human Rights into a Human Rights Act. Some hardworking people in Qld saw the need for this a few years before so I thought it would have prevented Qld- ers being mandated, but sadly No.

Yes although what good is a Human Rights Act if the courts just rule that governments need to go through an extra step if they want to breach human rights better next time.

"To this day, federal, state and territory governments have blocked all attempts to access the health advice on which their extremist policies were based."

I think I commented on this topic way way back, but yeah, I reckon there was no advice, just group chat sessions along the topic of "so, what evil deed can we get away with today"?

I recommend all read the latest 2 posts by Dr Peter A McCullough:

"Pfizer Batch Code Starting with"E" Means "Everyone is Potentially at Risk"

Jabbed? Keep Your Vaccine Records and Search Your Batch "

and

"Extra! The Pfizer Papers: Pfizer's Crimes Against Humanity

Read this astonishing excerpt of Naomi Wolf and Amy Kelly's new book that blows apart the big pharma, U.S. government, and big media global cover-up of the crime of the century.”

this one is absolute dynamite in my opinion.

Getting into the US seems a bit hit and miss. For instance Avi Yemini (everyone's favourite:)) failed in his attempt before covid when he travelled there with Sydney Watson:), but succeeded just recently. Meanwhile, Monica Smit failed in her attempt, post covid. Travellers to OZ have to address the issue (on the character reference test) of whether they were ever associated with protesting. The 'freedom movement' is particularly referred to. See page 10 of attachment below

As for the election, like all elections it is a circus show designed to create the illusion of democracy. There are many neo-cons who seem to see Trump as a messiah. That, methinks, is delusion.

This does not mean the current election is not providing lots of entertainment, though. Who or what has really been controlling the world? Well, my money is on MONEY. What we seem to have had for quite some time now (and as a consequence of unfettered capitalism) is the analogue of a powerful cattle rancher or mining company in the wild west controlling the judiciary of a small town and ruling by way of old fashioned bribe and intimidation. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Where does the idea of mass control (mentioned by Barry Kissane below) fit into all of this? Well, world government, humanism and Freemasonry have all been around for a long time. Interestingly, they get mentioned in Thomas Mann's novel, Magic Mountain, written a hundred years ago and set just before WW1 in Davos, of all places. Is it possible all of this globalism has altruism at its roots and that we have been deceived (through covid) for our own good?:)

Further food for thought comes in the form of lyrics to a well known classic pop song:

Imagine there's no heaven

It's easy if you try

No hell below us

Above us only sky

Imagine all the people

Living for today... Aha-ah...

Imagine there's no countries

It isn't hard to do

Nothing to kill or die for

And no religion, too

Imagine all the people

Living life in peace... You...

You may say I'm a dreamer

But I'm not the only one

I hope someday you'll join us

And the world will be as one

Imagine no possessions

I wonder if you can

No need for greed or hunger

A brotherhood of man

Imagine all the people

Sharing all the world... You...

You may say I'm a dreamer

But I'm not the only one

I hope someday you'll join us

And the world will live as one

I would add power. Money and power. Meanwhile, no trouble getting into the US, from where I type this comment before boarding my final flight…

Money and power walk down the street of life, hand in hand.

I remember a flight from NZ to San Fransisco taking about 13 hours. I would hate to land and then be detained and turned around, as happened to Mr Yemini. Good luck.

Public been questioning this misinformation previously until now when govt realises that there may be something in their queries & realise that covid was badly handled by all states causing needless anxiety pain & death while fostering draconian authority with their rulings

Odd how public have been questioning vaccines for some time but govt saw fit to ignore the situation as that would upset big business deals Handling of covid in Australia was piece meal disorganised & panicky creating much distrust of unreliable leaders policies & from worried health leaders who failed to induce comfort from these actions
