United Australia Party Senator Ralph Babet introduced a bill to the Senate today which, if passed, will mark the end of carte blanche vaccine indemnity schemes for big pharmaceutical corporations in Australia. Senator Babet says that the bill will prevent the Australian Government from granting indemnity to vaccine manufacturers, which will in turn, “limit financial and legal risk to the Commonwealth and aid in the restoration of trust in medicine.”
This is a great article. As a vax injured, I wholeheartedly support the bill. Taxpayers shouldn’t be paying for a private company’s harms. Any politician who votes against this will commit career suicide.
RUSSELL BROADBENT: Deputy speaker, last month I sought an urgent meeting with the Health Minister and the TGA [Therapeutic Goods Administration]. There's been no response to my request, so I'll ask my questions here.
Last year a Queensland GP obtained documents from the TGA under the FOI [Freedom of Information] Act number FOI-3727. These documents contain nine assessments conducted by the TGA following reports of someone dying from the covid-19 vaccine. The deceased people listed on these reports are aged 7, 9, 14, 19, 21, 21, 24, 46, 44.
So I ask the Health Minister now, why has the TGA not acted with abundance of caution to alert the public that they were investigating these deaths, including the cardiac arrest of a seven-year-old and a nine-year-old?
Why do these reports not appear on the TGA's disclosure log?
Does it have anything to do with the TGA's own response to the GP that they, and I quote, contain sensitive personal information about deceased persons and that the disclosure of the documents could undermine public confidence and reduce the willingness of the public to report Adverse Events to TGA?
Why has the TGA not responded to doctors who have raised these issues with you six months ago, including drawing your attention to those case reports?
This information is extremely alarming and demands an immediate response from the TGA.
And this is how the longest serving Libral MP gets rewarded for doing this kind of thing. They wonder why they got wiped out in the Federal election. Maybe they need more people like Broadbent. Or maybe not, he might be a complete cockhead like most of them and I only agree with him on this one issue.

I’m not sure what makes you think I think one side is any better than the other on this issue. Like you say red/blue/green or pink it doesn’t matter. The only guys/girls I agree with on this issue are on the orange team plus one blue and some noise from a couple more on the blue team that don’t vote with their conscience when it counts. It’s only theatre as long as we keep voting in the majority of these clowns, if more people voted for good local representatives and senators we might see a change but as long as everyone just keeps voting for team red and blue or their proxies the greens and nationals then nothing is going to change. I’m encouraged by the fact that both the labor and liberal vote were down last election, maybe people are waking up. Our preferential voting system makes it easy to not waste your vote, just put labor and liberal last and second last, if enough people do that they’ll both get the message and change or more independents that truly represents your views gets voted in. If people keep voting for the two major parties nothing will change.

I realise just how conscientious and responsible and decent and reasonable you are, as is everyone else in this comment section, and of course Rebekah, all working so hard that justice may be served. You are all exemplary human beings and you have my esteem.
But I'm sorry it - meaning our democracy - is theatre no matter who we vote for. The party system, the two houses of parliament, representational democracy are all one elaborate shell game. It ultimately hinges on the faith of the electorate that the office-holders are well-meaning and righteous (the much vaunted "checks and balances" are administered by the same well-meaning and righteous types), and the processes are sound, trustworthy, and honourable. They are not. Voting is how they sell the fraud to us. The hoodwink is that in giving us the choice of our representative, our will is exercised. But voting is an exercise in futility. Representative Democracy (better termed, elective manipulative oligarchy) is the predominant system installed everywhere (and it is installed; I don't recall there ever being a vote on which system the people wanted - this is not a choice the people were ever to be given) because it's the one that best provides for the patterns of activities described by John Perkins in the semi-autobiographical, Confessions Of An Economic Hitman. Look at "our" government, look at their policies, and then ask how the hell would we want any of it, so how could they legislate any of it?

Do we have fair elections? It came out in the recent Victorian elections that the AEC had sent letters to vote counting centres to only count votes on two party preferred after 6 pm. Given that booths sending votes to counting centres after this time and postal votes would be counted on n this basis. Nonsense, we have nothing, and we have no one. You still believe this?! I'm truly sorry that you are vax injured, and you certainly didn't deserve it, at least insofar as victims of crime don't deserve it, and you most definitely are a victim of a crime most heinous. Re mandated Covid jabs...this is the violation of voluntary informed consent for vaccination.

In regard to CMO Paul Kelly - he's a 'medical practitioner', who should know very well that voluntary informed consent is required before a medical intervention, including vaccination.
On the subject of AHPRA...the regulator of practitioners...
AHPRA published a position statement in March 2021 which basically laid down the law to practitioners, essentially telling them to get vaccinated, get other people to get vaccinated, and don't question anything or there will be consequences, i.e. regulatory action.
AHPRA's Position Statement, which was approved by 15 National Boards, has been a disaster as it effectively mandated Covid vaccination, violating voluntary informed consent.
Who are AHPRA and the National Boards to be demanding that practitioners unquestioningly comply with the then Morrison Government's Covid vaccination rollout?
All the decisions were made on the advice of the WHO.

Indeed, this is an important question to ask (one of many). Another rabbit hole to go down.
Vaccination, in my opinion & as absurd as it sounds, can be viewed as a distorted & weaponised version of homeopathy. The damage is done by the injection of protein fragments directly into the blood, bypassing the various protective layers of other routes. This leads to sensitization, it was known over 100 years ago, as evidenced by the work of Charles Richet on anaphylaxis.
Virology itself, as built on the back of bacteriology, is a house of cards. There have been assumptions layered upon assumption to get us to the point where people believe inanimate fragments of biological material are able to invade & replicate. The red flag being the fact that in order to "grow" viruses need to be cultured on a variety of substances. Another rabbit hole, possibly one of the most difficult to unwind.

The Australian government's vaccine contracts are confidential, so I do not have the other vaccine contracts, and they have not been made available as part of discovery in the US. The woman in charge of Australia's vaccine contracts (Jane Halton) is a senior government administrator and also the chair of CEPI which bankrolled Novavax.
If there is one thing that I would like people to understand, is that this entire endeavour was a government-military campaign. 'Pharma' just held the bag, and is a convenient scapegoat.
The reason why we are not moving the needle, is because ultimately government is responsible. The criminals in government will never investigate themselves unless politically expedient to do so (think in 20 years or perhaps wanting a change of government), and they are highly financially leveraged particularly in terms of pre-selection.
As well, for many, the 'safe and effective' narrative is the moral facade that they are literally murdering the public to maintain. Even their own families are sick and dying, and they are continuing with this narrative. They are all in.
And finally, most painful of all, it was the people acquiescing to the lies, abusing their friends and family in fear and false righteousness, clutching their vax passes as the 'new, clean elite' perhaps elevated for the first time in their lives, looking down their noses as the 'dirty unvaccinated.' If everyone had stood up and given the government the middle finger, it would have been over. But the unvaccinated were thrown under the bus, and we are now reaping the consequences. Remember, all this was war gamed before hand. All of it.
RFK Jnr explained how this indemnity came about. In 1986 a Pharma company- Weyth , went broke after a court ordered them to pay out a significant number of vaccine injuries. The Pharma companies approached Ronald Reagan then POTUS, and said without indemnity there would be no more vaccines or medicinal products, because vaccines would never be safe for everyone. Legislation was passed to protect the Pharma companies and releasing them from any liability for vaccine injuries. Weyth became Pfizer and by 1989 they had masses of vaccines for children. They went after children because it was mandated that children had to be vaccinated to attend school.
Pharma companies effectively had governments by the throat - 'you buy our products on our terms.' After terrorising the global population with the dreaded Covid, which government would have stood up to big Pharma and their frightened citizens and said "shove off - we are not buying".?

You Australians should be praised that you all are even talking about vax injuries and debating things in the halls of your government. Here in Star Spangled 'Mercia, almost everything about 'vid and the jab has been memory holed. There may be noticeable numbers of people trying to get the federal government to pay for vax injuries but we don't hear about it from any big media outlets. There may be legislation being introduced or even debated in Congress, but again its basically radio silence to the country if it is happening. As a fed government employee who resisted getting the jab, that whole aspect and our 2 years of office exile has just disappeared like clouds sometimes do on a dry day. I’m not sure what makes you think I think one side is any better than the other on this issue. Like you say red/blue/green or pink it doesn’t matter. The only guys/girls I agree with on this issue are on the orange team plus one blue and some noise from a couple more on the blue team that don’t vote with their conscience when it counts. It’s only theatre as long as we keep voting in the majority of these clowns, if more people voted for good local representatives and senators we might see a change but as long as everyone just keeps voting for team red and blue or their proxies the greens and nationals then nothing is going to change. I’m encouraged by the fact that both the labor and liberal vote were down last election, maybe people are waking up. Our preferential voting system makes it easy to not waste your vote, just put labor and liberal last and second last, if enough people do that they’ll both get the message and change or more independents that truly represents your views gets voted in. If people keep voting for the two major parties nothing will change.

I realise just how conscientious and responsible and decent and reasonable you are, as is everyone else in this comment section, and of course Rebekah, all working so hard that justice may be served. You are all exemplary human beings and you have my esteem.
But I'm sorry it - meaning our democracy - is theatre no matter who we vote for. The party system, the two houses of parliament, representational democracy are all one elaborate shell game. It ultimately hinges on the faith of the electorate that the office-holders are well-meaning and righteous (the much vaunted "checks and balances" are administered by the same well-meaning and righteous types), and the processes are sound, trustworthy, and honourable. They are not. Voting is how they sell the fraud to us. The hoodwink is that in giving us the choice of our representative, our will is exercised. But voting is an exercise in futility. Representative Democracy (better termed, elective manipulative oligarchy) is the predominant system installed everywhere (and it is installed; I don't recall there ever being a vote on which system the people wanted - this is not a choice the people were ever to be given) because it's the one that best provides for the patterns of activities described by John Perkins in the semi-autobiographical, Confessions Of An Economic Hitman. Look at "our" government, look at their policies, and then ask how the hell would we want any of it, so how could they legislate any of it?

Do we have fair elections? It came out in the recent Victorian elections that the AEC had sent letters to vote counting centres to only count votes on two party preferred after 6 pm. Given that booths sending votes to counting centres after this time and postal votes would be counted on n this basis. The rate of severe injuries caused by covid-19 vaccines and excess deaths in Australia, especially in younger people, should be front page news. It's one thing for the majority of my colleagues to deliberately block, mock, and ignore this unfolding human health crisis, but why is, why is the media doing the same? It seems that the Academy Awards and reality TV updates take precedence. Really? Where's our humanity? And where's our compassion? There's a time for politics and debate, and there's a time to unite for the good of our nation, and that time is now. Here's Nikki's story.
NIKKI: This message is for you, Russell Broadbent, Federal Member of Parliament, representing the division of Monash in Victoria. Thank you for taking an interest in Johanna's story. It has been 16 months since our beautiful 20 year-old daughter received her mandatory covid vaccination which has resulted in ongoing debilitating heart issues that we still do not have answers for. As her mother I have been shouting our story from the rooftops, but nobody seems to want to listen. You have read Johanna's story and have offered to share my message with your parliamentarian colleagues. Well, Russell, here is my message.
All four members of our family are proud voters. Before our girls turned 18 they knew their vote was valuable and they cast very considered ones, as do we. We respect each other's opinion to not discuss our individual choices with each other. We are the very people who put you in the seats you now occupy.
Devastatingly, over the past three years the blatant coercion the Australian government have displayed and are still displaying, has not only shattered ours and both our daughters pride in the opportunity to vote that you have robbed us and so many people of freedom of choice. We still are told the same lie, the vaccine is safe. Until you walk in my shoes, see your own child suffering [makes air quotes with fingers] the unknown underlying health issue that has now raised its ugly head, and only because she was forced to make a health choice and told, no jab no job, you will never know the anger of being so devastatingly let down by a system that we trusted would always right the wrongs.
It is time, it is time to stop the lies. It is time to begin the healing for your own soul. When you know it to be true and speak about vaccine injuries, speak as I do, alongside me, with the fear in your voice, knowing you may also have made a choice and were so lucky to evade still being trapped in the pandemic like our daughter still is.
This needs to filter through to our specialists who continually say, low iron, anxiety, dehydrated, exercise more, none of which is helpful. I invite you to contact me, to sit down and hear our story. I know you will align because when you remove your position of power, you are someone's son, daughter, mother, father, sister, brother. Somewhere you know someone who has been through this and is still going through it. So now it is the time to speak up in your position of power that we have so proudly placed you in. Speak up now even if your voice shakes.

Two issues, Dr Aseem Malhorta toured Australia in the last week of may an announced on Sky’ outsider programme that the TGA is 98% pharma funded. Draw your own conclusions on that. Ther was also an interesting conversation with John Campell and I believe senator Rennick on what the TGA knew before the rollout of Pfizer. That is, if there's enough of us still around then, the government programme of culling the population notwithstanding, and famished and emaciated as we'll be, if those of us still around have enough stamina.

There were two votes. The first one was defeated by a very wide margin because it was (imo) politically restrictive. Babet went back to the drawing board and submitted a second motion that was less restrictive. Rennick voted for the second one.

AHPRA published a position statement in March 2021 which basically laid down the law to practitioners, essentially telling them to get vaccinated, get other people to get vaccinated, and don't question anything or there will be consequences, i.e. regulatory action.
AHPRA's Position Statement, which was approved by 15 National Boards, has been a disaster as it effectively mandated Covid vaccination, violating voluntary informed consent.

Vaccination, in my opinion & as absurd as it sounds, can be viewed as a distorted & weaponised version of homeopathy. The damage is done by the injection of protein fragments directly into the blood, bypassing the various protective layers of other routes. The Australian government's vaccine contracts are confidential, so I do not have the other vaccine contracts, and they have not been made available as part of discovery in the US. The woman in charge of Australia's vaccine contracts (Jane Halton) is a senior government administrator and also the chair of CEPI which bankrolled Novavax.
If there is one thing that I would like people to understand, is that this entire endeavour was a government-military campaign. 'Pharma' just held the bag, and is a convenient scapegoat.
The reason why we are not moving the needle, is because ultimately government is responsible. The criminals in government will never investigate themselves unless politically expedient to do so (think in 20 years or perhaps wanting a change of government), and they are highly financially leveraged particularly in terms of pre-selection.
As well, for many, the 'safe and effective' narrative is the moral facade that they are literally murdering the public to maintain. Even their own families are sick and dying, and they are continuing with this narrative. They are all in.

Legislation was passed to protect the Pharma companies and releasing them from any liability for vaccine injuries. Weyth became Pfizer and by 1989 they had masses of vaccines for children. They went after children because it was mandated that children had to be vaccinated to attend school.
Pharma companies effectively had governments by the throat - 'you buy our products on our terms.' After terrorising the global population with the dreaded Covid, which government would have stood up to big Pharma and their frightened citizens and said "shove off - we are not buying".?

You Australians should be praised that you all are even talking about vax injuries and debating things in the halls of your government. Here in Star Spangled 'Mercia, almost everything about 'vid and the jab has been memory holed. There may be noticeable numbers of people trying to get the federal government to pay for vax injuries but we don't hear about it from any big media outlets. There may be legislation being introduced or even debated in Congress, but again its basically radio silence to the country if it is happening. As a fed government employee who resisted getting the jab, that whole aspect and our 2 years of office exile has just disappeared like clouds sometimes do on a dry day. I suspect, though, if the government tries to do Covid 2.0, there will be far less compliance and actually out right resistance.
