In the latest edition of Politician Does Doublespeak, Finance Minister Senator Katy Gallagher says that Australia’s Covid vaccination policy is voluntary and that infringements on human rights were justified because of the government’s good intentions, even if they were completely wrong.

I remember discussing with a friend a few years ago, he said the government should refund the taxes when we don't get the subsidy or social funding because we object to a jab. object and get money back ;) what could go wrong? :)

This IS exhausting. I deduce that every single mainstream politician in Labor, Luberal, Grens, Nationals in Australia has been SUBORNED via propaganda, money, threats or promise of power. Every one of them wants to FUCK UP THE RIGHTS OF AUSSIES FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL POWER. I don't think it's a stretch at all to assume most politicians put self interest first. There are a handful who appear willing to take a personal hit to stand up for their constituents, but they're rare as hens teeth!
The directors digital ID is so 'voluntary' that as a director I couldnt sign a staff member up for an apprenticeship without one, the entire apprenticeship portal requires a directors ID so without it no sign up and no financial incentives for the business for hiring an apprentice.
I actually managed to sign up for Directors ID without the digital part! I phone up, spend aaaages on hold, then followed instructions to send a snail mail signed letter, after which I was sent my Directors ID by snail mail in return.
