These kinds of automated insights packages aren’t massively expensive in the context of a big agency budget from what I can tell. Happy for any insiders to correct me in that if I’m wrong.

Inman Grant has lived in Aus for about two decades and is a (dual) citizen so in the spirit of multiculturalism I consider her to be Australian. As far as I understand, elected politicians can’t have dual citizenship, but this rule does not apply for unelected bureaucrats. E-safety is " controversial material" and as such, should be banned by E-safety.
