I loved your tweet. And it took about 3 seconds to realise it was 1 April. But it pushed the narrative in a positive direction…that was priceless. Just to contemplate the government taking such action was uplifting. Don’t let the satire police stop you. We are truly lost without humour!
In an inversion of an inversion, your April Fool's joke might actually wake a few more people up from their slumber. Humor undercuts propaganda and lies in curious ways and you achieved something powerful with your post.
Slightly offtopic- australia's Digital I.D. legislation bill has been passed by the senate. It now goes before the house of reps who meet, I think, on 14 May. Please, please everyone, write/call/visit your local federal member as tell them to vote NO against this slave-making agenda.
How members of the senate just voted .....33 ayes, 26 noes
Me too... I think everyone is guilty of occasionally sharing too quickly or outsourcing their trust to 'trusted information purveyors' like certain news outlets or journalists. Myself included! But I reckon disciplining ourselves to practice good media literacy is far better than restricted information flows and humourless 'fact checkers', as the censors would have it. We all need to slooooowwww down on the internet 😆

I agree, thanks Rahima!
Wells said. I did the same thing. I think the post was thought provoking.

I think that's why the censors want to ban it.
