Thank you Jane 😊 Becoming a mum later in life I've had the benefit of seeing how others in my sphere have done it and one of the big lessons I've noted is exactly what you said - enjoy the little moments, and don't try to do everything at once. So I'm looking forward to the next few months to just take it all in and will come back to writing work when it feels appropriate.

As a non mum in this lifetime I have worked with young mums and been told that something I learned from the book Spiritual Midwifery and passed on, was good advice. I share it with you now; "At birthing, let your inner monkey take over". I am very happy for you, very best wishes, Luise.🙏💕

I'm sensitive to how the news can land for different people depending on what cards life has dealt them. I have heard wonderful things about Ina May Gaskin but did not get to read any of her books yet, thank you for the tip!
