We realise how little protection they afford us as citizen's. Irrespective of whether the technical evidence was correct or not, that measurements and analysis were not able to be presented in court, for what on the surface are administrative reasons, is terrifying.
Also it seems that it is money that controls justice, in the sense that only those with deep pockets have a chance in carrying through with seeking justice. The government has the deepest pocket it seems. We are proud of those in the legal profession who have had the courage to pursue this on behalf of us.
If the Australian Federal AND High Court do not see fit to protect the most vulnerable and innocent subjects of this country then they MUST BE DISMISSED. In Scotland they are just now looking at the high number of children's death due to the vaccines. Every single judge must be mandated to attend every single innocent child's funeral.

When you read and absorb similar accounts from the US for example, you realise that whatever we think of as “The State” is entirely captured by anointed autocrats and experts whose sole purpose is to defend their own interests, if this is at the expense of the average “useless eater”, well then that’s just too bad. I recall listening to Gillespie explain the prior AVN court proceedings, and the frankly unethical way in which the courts have decided to prop up our regulators at any cost - apparently the continued perception of public trust in our institutions is more important than any number of individual grotesque decisions and policies said institutions enact on the unsuspecting public. As with the FWC, decent, principled individuals arguing from positions of truth and logic are deemed problematic and unworthy of equal treatment under the law, primarily because the institution has predetermined that anyone challenging the consensus (notwithstanding the question of who arrived at it and why) is by necessity undermining the principle of the law (or democracy, or free speech, or endangering grandma) itself … we are in very dangerous times indeed.

Thanks for covering this important case Rebekah. I wonder if it will take a change in public perceptions and the May 11 'end of US pandemic' proper to see any shift in all this. Seem to be some good legal decisions happening in some US states but we don't hear about any of it at all in Australia do we.
In my view previous Court challenges have not addressed the Mechanisms of Causation, which is why I concentrate on the known harmful biochemical pathways involving the constituents and contaminants of the jabs. My only Legal qualification is in the Law of Negligence.
But even in the Federal Court, would the evidence presented still be of use for those of us opposed to these injections? That is, anything accepted in court cannot be "mis information" as it is sworn testimony and evidence.
We must never lose sight of the larger picture of the vile malignance we are fighting against.

It's so admirable that people are still trying the courts after so many years and hundreds of cases being crushed by lawfare and judicial tyranny. This shows a willingness on our part to exhaust all peaceful avenues. This is how righteous people behave in the face of tyranny.
In 2023, Good People are still doing Good. The terminal state of tyranny occurrs when Good people are forced to do Bad. I believe we are quickly approaching that condition. People need to understand what is happening right now. Our children are being murdered and we are reaching an inflection point.
This is so rigged, the court is bought... It's not about protecting the citizen from exploitation any more, it's about ensuring the citizen can be exploited...
