Australia’s most trusted brand has been announced. Woolworths, the fresh food people and aggressive enforcers of nonsensical medical mandates, even after the government said they didn’t have to do it anymore.
Woolworths insists all staff be vaccinated against Covid, which may reduce their chances of dying but will not affect rates of infection and transmission between staff or from staff to customer. They do not require that staff take other life-saving measures as condition of employment, such as maintaining healthy BMI, eating a quota of organic vegetables, or refraining from chemical carbonated sodas.
Vaccinated Woolworths staff will mix all day long with vaccinated and unvaccinated customers alike, not that this makes any difference to anyone.
Woolworths fancies itself ‘inclusive’ and ‘people first’, but excludes people based on their personal medical decisions. Not all personal medical decisions, mind you. Woolworths does not exclude workers who decline chemotherapy for cancer treatment that may reduce their chances of death (it’s allowable to Woolworths if they prefer to die), while they do exclude workers who decline mRNA injections that may reduce their chances of death (Woolworths does not accept their choice to risk death).
Sacked Woolworths staff speak:
‘It doesn’t make sense that customers can shop without being vaccinated or disclosing medical information, but I cannot work, it is wrong,’ said a Woolworths employee, who has come under increasing pressure from Woolworths to get vaccinated or face termination on Monday.
‘I am one of four mothers at our store who is being affected by this, 12 children between us. I am a good, hard-working person. None of my colleagues have an issue with me continuing to work with them. I am young, fit, healthy, and willing to work. I do not want to lose my job and I do not deserve to lose my job.
‘The mandates need to end.
‘No one has shown me the data, research, or evidence, or assessments to back their policy up.’
A reminder for anyone who hasn’t been paying attention, that it has been acknowledged at the highest levels that Covid vaccines do not prevent infection or transmission. Aus Health has removed any mention of infection or transmission prevention from How COVID-19 Vaccines Work:
At this stage, Woolworths has not made any statements to indicate that they will adjust their discriminatory policies to fall in line with the latest health advice.
A trustworthy brand would acknowledge the mistake, adjust the policy, and apologise to those whom it wrongfully sacked while operating under misguided health advice.
@dystopiandownunder is currently shadow banned on social media. This is a good sign that I’m saying true things. Please subscribe and share to beat the narrative-loving algorthims.
I have not stepped foot inside a Woolworths supermarket since they enforced this ludicrous mandate. Their 'vaccination' policy made no sense right from the get-go and it makes even less sense now. Australia's most trusted brand? What a travesty.
Who do they survey for this garbage anyway? Do you have to show characteristics of being a blind, subservient robot like the governments of the world want?
The whole thing is so beyond a joke, have a read through Mathew Crawford’s work on his Rounding the Earth Substack and JJ Couey through his twitch streams at Gigaohm Biological. The jabs have zero efficacy and often negative so that they are still claiming that is bad enough, disgrace
Dystopian moves here at supermarkets (I realize that Woolworths is also a general retailer in Oz) include facial recognition and cameras, that can tell the colour of your items, looking directly down at you as you weigh your items (hence if you have low cut top it is perfect for pervs).
Perhaps they need reminding that 15% of ALL COVID DEATHS happened in the last month (compared to the first 29 months) with a population of 12 yrs and over 95% fully vaccinated. Clearly the vaccines DO NOT stop deaths. Only a blind fool of a supermarket such as woolies management would think otherwise. I cannot wait for the lawsuits to follow. Especially when someone gets injured from the jab and shows quite easily that they were forced to have it

Farmers markets and locally owned grocers for me!
You bet! We need to abandon these soulless places and go medieval markets again.

What about the other companies on that list?

We have that here too https://rebekahbarnett.substack.com/p/privacy-and-consent-scrapped-by-major
But generally there's no vaccine mandate here anymore.

Such codswallop. Why would 'most trusted brand' coincide with "$1.5billion profit.'???

God the timing of these two stories regarding one gigantic corporation pisses me off.
